Daily Exercise

Exercise is key in coping with movement difficulties resulting from Parkinson’s disease. Appropriate, regular exercise can improve balance, flexibility, and promote overall strength. Exercise (including Physical therapy) increase self-confidence, reduce stress level, and promote the release of endorphins in the body, which are “feel good” chemicals that can boost your mood. It is important to consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
